Shipping & Delivery Information

All of our orders are shipped with tracked delivery. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM CET, excluding weekends and Italian public holidays.

For Italy, orders placed before 2:00PM ship the same day and are delivered in 1–2 business days.
For Europe, orders placed before 12:00PM ship the same day and are delivered in 2–3 business days.

Shipping costs €5.99. Orders over €65 ship free.

Please note that during peak season, processing times may extend slightly. Once your order has shipped, courier delays outside of our control may occur.

Duties & Taxes

We currently ship exclusively within Italy and the European Union. All duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not incur any additional customs fees upon delivery, as orders within the EU move freely without import duties.

Christmas Delivery Times

To ensure delivery before Christmas:

Europe: order by December 17th

Italy: order by December 18th

These dates indicate the final day you can place your order for pre-Christmas delivery.

This does not include potential courier delays, which are beyond our control and may affect final delivery times.
