HOW DO I RETURN?
If something in your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return by contacting our customer support team at support@blancheskin.com. Please include your full name, order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3-4 business days with the next steps. Returns sent to us without contacting our support team first cannot be processed. You will receive an email update once your return has been approved or rejected in line with our policy.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we can only accept returns for skincare products that are completely unused, unopened and still sealed in their original packaging. Any item that has been opened, tested or used in any way cannot be returned. If your order includes a bundle or set, all items within that set must be returned together.
We can only accept returns for purchases made directly on our website; items bought through other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. If you believe you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us with a photograph of the issue and your order details so that our team can assist you. Should your order include a free gift, this must also be returned with the other items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us, and original shipping charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend returning your parcel using a tracked service, as Blanche Skin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected in accordance with our policy. Refunds are processed as soon as possible, however please allow up to 7 business days for us to complete the review, and a further 72 hours for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

During peak periods, such as Black Friday or Christmas, processing times may be slightly longer. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, and we do not offer refunds based on personal dislike or change of mind once a product has been opened.
