ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN & CRUELTY FREE?
Our Winter Barrier Mist is fully vegan, and our Winter Barrier Cream is vegetarian. Both formulas are cruelty free, dermatologically tested on sensitive skin and made with high-quality ingredients to support and protect your skin in cold conditions.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I THINK I’VE HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you believe you’ve experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, we’re very sorry to hear this and take it extremely seriously. To investigate properly, we’ll need a clear photo of the reaction as well as a doctor’s note confirming that our product was the cause.
Please note that without this documentation, we’re unable to treat the issue as an allergic reaction or provide further support.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your order arrived damaged, we’re truly sorry. Please contact our support team at support@blancheskin.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review this as a priority and guide you through the next steps.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you’ve received an item that is not what you ordered, please reach out to us at support@blancheskin.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will look into this immediately and arrange the correct item to be sent to you.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To request a return, simply email support@blancheskin.com with your full name, order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and get back to you within a few business days with instructions on how to proceed. Returns that are sent back to us without contacting our team first cannot be processed.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the day your order was delivered. Due to hygiene and product safety regulations, we can only accept returns for skincare products that are completely unused, unopened and still sealed in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or tested cannot be returned. If your order includes a bundle or set, all items within that set must be returned together.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO THE HOTEL/AIRBNB I'M STAYING IN?
Yes, you can. Many of our customers order directly to their ski resort, hotel or Airbnb during the winter season, and we’re happy to accommodate this. If you choose to ship to temporary accommodation, please make sure the address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate, including the hotel name and your reservation name.
Once your parcel has been delivered and confirmed via tracking, Blanche Skin cannot take responsibility for packages that cannot be located by the hotel or accommodation. We strongly recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link and informing your accommodation in advance so they can expect your delivery.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order or update your contact details within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, we begin processing your order and cancellations may no longer be possible. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to request a return once it arrives. Our customer support team is available at support@blancheskin.com should you need assistance.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You can update your shipping address or correct contact details within 30 minutes of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made as your order may already be processing for dispatch. If your parcel is shipped to the wrong address because incorrect details were entered at checkout and not corrected in time, we unfortunately cannot reroute it.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over €65 within Italy and the EU. For more details on delivery times and rates, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. All Blanche Skin orders are shipped with tracked delivery, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@blancheskin.com so we can help.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship exclusively within Italy and the European Union. All orders are dispatched from Italy, and delivery times vary depending on the destination within the EU.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?
All duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not incur any additional customs fees upon delivery, as orders within the EU move freely without import duties.
